Meet the rat in the hat!
Keef's got a bit of a rock star attitude... though I can't think
of many rock stars who live down a stinky old sewer.
- Keef's cool, he's smart, and he's got the meanest sense of
humour of all the Ratz.
- Keef loves playing pranks, especially on Herman.
- Keef and Rod are partners in grime... er... crime. (Actually,
grime's closer to the truth, because those sewers aren't the
cleanest places to hang out.)
