How do I contact you by e-mail?

Can I talk to you?
Of course you can! We'd be happy to speak to you regarding an
existing order, to provide further information about our products
or delivery arrangements, or take your order. We are open between
9am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday (UK time). You can call us free
from within the UK on 0800 318846. If calling from outwith the UK,
please dial +44 1382 575580.
Can I fax you?
You're welcome to fax us on 01382 575413, or, if you're outside of
the UK, on +44 1382 575413. Please clearly mark your document "For
the attention of Beano.com" and please include your contact
details.
How can I be sure that my online purchase is
secure?
The "https" address prefix in the address bar & the padlock
symbol in your browser taskbar (or address bar depending on the
browser you are using) indicates that you are using a secure
connection.
How can I be sure that my online order has been
accepted?
We will e-mail you to confirm receipt of your order.
When I order a subscription, how do I know which is the
first issue I'll receive?
You may specify your first issue when you place your order. This
may be up to several months in the future.
How do I renew an existing subscription
online?
You can renew your subscription on Beano by selecting the
renewal option and entering your Subscription Account Number.
What currencies are accepted?
All online prices and transactions are in pounds sterling. If you
are buying overseas, your credit card provider will convert the
charge to your local currency, based on that day's exchange rate.
For orders made by post we do accept cheques in US, Canadian,
Australian and New Zealand Dollars.
Can I order magazine subscriptions as a gift for someone
else?
Yes, we will be happy to deliver your order to anyone else,
anywhere in the world!
