Here's your how-to guide to making sure your Flying Flea feels TICKety-boo!

Each flea is different and requires a unique approach when it comes to care. As such, for all you new flea owners, remember to check this list for essential information on how to care for your chosen flea!

It's incredibly important that Flying Flea stays hydrated in order to perform his incredible gymnastic flea feats - you can't do a double pike incorporating a triple tuck AND nail the landing if you're weak with thirst!

Broad beans

Flying Flea has to keep his energy up, so he needs lots of carbs and protein such as beans, lentils, and flea-range eggs to perform his various high-flying somersaults and tumbles. Flying Flea ONLY eats breakfast and dinner - because there's no such thing as a flea lunch!

Other diet

For an extra special treat, Flying Flea loves nothing better than (literally) diving in to a bowl of pickles. When he's not performing high-flying stunts this critter is itching for a gluten-flea pickle party!

Litter tray

It's a clean toilet

Flying Flea is one of the few fleas who doesn't need a litter tray - he chooses to disperse his droppings as he flips through the air. While this is convenient for him, the other fleas around him aren't as keen on this particular brand of 'flea bomb'.

Gnasher's Fleas: The Flying Flea

Flying flea - like most fleas - is super social and will jump at the chance to meet new people and, if possible, cling to their skin. He's very popular among Gnasher's fleas, and is always a hit at the flea parties on Gnasher's back, due to his incredible flea circus skills!

Flying flea likes to groom himself by doing seven backflips in a row through the bristles of a hairbrush. Wether he looks better or not afterwards is debatable - but it's certainly a speedy process. As Flying Flea himself always says: "An itch in time saves nine!"

Flying flea needs plenty of space in order to perform and practice his tricks. As a born performer, he craves the spotlight (ie - a gap in Gnasher's fur) but also needs plenty of downtime in order to work up to his next trick!

Flying flea prefers to exercise with a partner - and there's no better partner for jumping jacks than Super Flea! When it comes to gym buddies these two are firm flea friends. Sometimes other fleas like to join in, but as any exercise enthusiast will tell you - two's company, and fleas a crowd.
