Make Popcorn Monsters

You Will Need

- some popcorn- a bag of mini marshmallows- some butter- a few drops of food colouring- decorations for your monster. We used sweets and chocolate buttons, but you can use anything! Remember to ask an adult to help you with the cooking! This can get messy!

Step 1

Slowly melt the marshmallows with some butter in a pan. Keep stirring and don't let it burn!

Step 2

Pour the melted 'mallow into a bowl and add a couple of drops of food colouring. We used purple and green, but try experimenting with other colours!

Step 3

Here comes the is the sticky bit - mix the popcorn into the goo! 

Step 4

Once it's all mixed up, squish the popcorn mess into some monster shapes! Don't worry if they don't look like monsters yet...they will do!

Step 5

Get decorating! Gummy teeth, saucers for eyes, laces for hair - how about raisin claws? Peanut fangs? It's up to you!
