Add a thicker line along the top of the eyes 
Rubi has one big hair flick on the side 
She also has a long ponytail 
Add little lines on her hands to show she's wearing her trademark gloves 
Draw big circles for the wheels of her chair 
Don't forget to add the pattern on her leggings 
Finally, add action lines to highlight her sick moves!
