Have you ever heard of a Manticore or a Phoenix? They make the Minecraft sheep and even the dreaded Creepers seem so basic! There's loads of rare creatures you can unlock using Minecraft Mods. You might have heard of some of them in history lessons because they're based on Greek mythology, like Medusa. The other monsters may or may not exist in real like, like the Yeti, but they exist in Minecraft! 

You can get these mythical creatures from Minecraft Mod packs but be careful... some will fight back and take a lot of firepower to defeat!
