Here at the Beano we love slime! In fact we love it so much that we decided to make some of our own DIY fluffy slime from scratch, using everyday ingredients. Get ready to watch Emma and Ed successfully make the fluffiest green slime before one of them accidentally spills loads of it all over their trousers! Oops. Don't worry they've been washed since and it's OK now. Below are the step-by-step ingredients you'll need to add in order to make your own awesome slime, and remember to keep constantly mixing it until it's thick and fluffy! And be extra careful not to spill it on yourself! 

Ingredients you'll need to make your own DIY slime!

2/3 of a cup of white glue

1/4 cup of water

1 teaspoon of baking soda

2 cups of shaving cream

Add a few teaspoons of food colouring

1 1/2 tablespoons of contact lens solution (make sure it contains boric acid!)

Keep mixing!

And finally, don't spill the slime all over your trousers!
