If you play Fortnite: Battle Royale at all, you know it can be super hard to end up in the number one spot at the end of the match! But there are loads of hacks for Fortnite, and hints and tips out there for those players who are serious about Gittin Gud at Fortnite: BR!

Check out some of these crazy techniques you can use and learn how to hack Fortnite!

1. Cosmetic camouflage!

None of the costumes or other cosmetics you can buy in-game give you an advantage over other players... Yeah, right!If you have the Love Ranger costume and you stand in the right place around Haunted Hills, it's possible that other players might mistake you for a statue and completely ignore you!

2. Build traps round your opponents!

One of the coolest Fortnite hacks you can do in the whole game is to defeat your enemies buy building a trap AS you fight them! It takes a lot of practice and it's SUPER dangerous to be building while you're fighting, but if you can manage to do it then you're up there with the best of the best of the best!

3. Break your fall with an impulse bomb!

Even with all the tips and tricks we gave you here, sometimes you'll run out of building materials. It happens! But if you're out of building materials and can't use the Step technique but need to get down from a high place quickly, try chucking an Impulse Bomb down just before you land.The force from the explosion should cushion your landing! 

4. Or use your Impulse Bombs to get a teammate to safety!

It's cool to save yourself - it's COOLER to save a teammate! As shown in this clip, you can use an impulse pulse to push a downed teammate to safety.

5. Rocket riding!

If you've played Battle Royale at all then you've probably at least thought about riding a rocket! If you're in a team it's a great way to launch a teammate behind other players or to cross Loot Lake without having to go through the water. 

6. Stairway to heaven!

It's a technique that's fallen out of favour - but imagine if you were the one to bring it back! The idea is that you start at the edge of the storm and build a huge ramp into the sky. Then, when the circle closes, you build with it. When the end of the match approaches, the idea is that you're SO HIGH above the ground that NOBODY thinks to look for you. It's tricky to do, and you'll probably have to come down at some point to win, but just imagine if you were the person to bring back this technique!

7. Under cover!

Nobody wants to find themselves caught in the storm...But if you absolutely HAVE to take someone by surprise, and you have some healing items, it's always worth remembering that you can run out of the safe zone to take advantage of other players who don't think to check outside. At the end of a match, it can be the difference between winning and losing!

8. BE the bush!

The cosmetic bush item is useful, but don't forget that you can squat down in a bush if you want to ambush some unsuspecting other players! Just be careful - top-level players can and will spot you if you're in a bush that looks too suspicious.
